Industrial Management Reimagined

Industry is always changing, and at Krannert, our goal is to prepare students for leadership roles in a rapidly evolving business world. The Industrial Management program has undergone an important reimagining, and is no longer admitting new students. This careful pivot was made with guidance from our cherished alumni, corporate partners, students, and faculty.

Let us introduce you to a new degree program, the Integrated Business and Engineering program (IBE).

Integrated Business and Engineering program

Krannert Industrial Management students excel in rigorous science, technology, engineering and math courses, all while building a strong management core. The Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management degree produces alumni with strong analytic and technical skills with a business mindset. Some of the world’s most influential and respected leaders are alumni of the Industrial Management program.

Industrial Management students follow a challenging academic path, with courses ranging from Financial Engineering to Collaborative Leadership to the Legal Foundations of Business. The path also allows students to tailor their curriculum by choosing concentrations or minors in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain Management, and more options.
