As a member of the Help Desk Staff, Ryan is responsible for trouble shooting and resolving hardware and software problems for the Krannert faculty and staff. Ryan joined the Krannert Computing Center in August 2007. Ryan currently holds a GIAC GSEC security certification, and is a CompTIA A+ Certified Service Professional. Prior to joining the Krannert Computing Center, Ryan ran his own IT company supporting hardware and software for small businesses in the Lafayette community.
