The Ethics Research and Teaching Committee will be will be hosting a seminar with Glenn Stastny on Thursday, April 11, 2019.
Glenn is the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Deloitte LLP.
Abstract: Organizations of all sizes generally have ethics programs and values that are unique and specifically designed for their organization. In this presentation, Glenn Stastny, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer for Deloitte, will provide an overview of how an ethics program might be designed and implemented in a larger professional services organization. Glenn will also explain an individual’s role in such a program. He will also share some examples of ethical dilemmas that might be experienced during one’s early years with such an organization and, lead a discussion on how one might address such dilemmas.
