Pooja Bhatt
Pooja Bhatt received her Bachelors of Science in Management with minors in Human Resources and Management Information Systems from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University. After two and a half years of working at Clear Visions, Incorporated (a Consolidated Graphics Company) in San Antonio, Texas in their Leadership Development and Management Program, Pooja went on to receive her Masters of Science in Human Resource Management from her alma mater, Purdue University. After completing an internship in 2005, Bhatt began her full time Human Resources career in 2006 with International Business Machines (IBM) in Armonk, NY in its Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP). Since the beginning of her career at IBM, Pooja Bhatt has progressed through this global organization in various functional roles such as: Diversity Program Manager, International Assignments Project Specialist, HR Partner for the U.S. Central East Region within the Sales and Distribution and Software Sales units, as well as HR Partner Lead and Integrator for the Initiate Company Acquisition within the Software Group unit. Currently, Pooja Bhatt is a Resource Partner for the North America Workforce Management and Global Restructuring function where she serves as the integration point between HR leadership, finance, management, and Resource manager/Partner teams for North America Restructuring. She also manages, consolidates and provides expertise in Global restructuring.
Bhatt is an active mentor and alumni of the IBM HRLDP community, and a board member of the Chicago Diversity Council and Midwest Asian-American IBM Networking Group.
